This policy describes how AgentrixAI, Inc. ("AgentrixAI," "we," or "us") handles information collected on agentrixai.co. Our business address is 131 Continental Dr, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713.
What we collect
When you email us or request a demo, we receive the information you choose to send, typically your name, work email, company, and message. We use this information to respond to your request and manage related business correspondence. Please do not include confidential procurement data in the website form.
Analytics and cookies
With your permission, we use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google, to understand visits to our public website, use of inquiry links and successful inquiry submissions. Google Analytics is not loaded until you accept optional analytics. You can decline without affecting the website or its forms, and change your choice at any time using Cookie preferences in the footer. We remember your choice in your browser for up to 180 days.
When enabled, analytics uses first-party cookies and processes usage and device information, including the pages you visit, browser and device characteristics and approximate location derived by Google from your IP address. We do not send names, email addresses, company names, message contents or URL query strings to Google Analytics. Advertising storage, advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled in our analytics configuration. Google may process information outside your country. Our hosting provider, Replit, processes technical information such as IP addresses, request logs, browser information and aggregate website usage to deliver, secure and operate the site. Restricted administrative areas use essential session cookies. We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising.
Service providers
The website is hosted on Replit. Contact-form messages are sent through Resend. Google provides optional website analytics when you consent. These providers process information needed to deliver their services. Information may be processed in countries other than your own.
Data retention and rights
Email correspondence is retained as long as needed to work with you. To request access to or deletion of your information, or to ask a privacy question, write to hello@agentrixai.co. Subject to applicable law, you may request correction of inaccurate information or object to certain processing. We may need to verify your identity before responding. Security and operational records are retained as needed for those purposes.
Customer data
This policy covers the marketing website. Data handled inside the AgentrixAI product is governed by customer agreements and the practices described on our Security page, including tenant isolation and our commitment that customer data is never used to train shared models.
