Savings assessment

One week.
A clearer place to start.

Turn an agreed set of spend data into a prioritized view of opportunities, the evidence behind them, and the work needed next.

The assessment brief

A clear decision at the end of the week.

Packaging price alignment

What the data suggests
Comparable specifications, different terms
What needs validating
Volume, service, and effective dates
Recommended next step
Category review with a commercial owner
A diagnostic with a next step

More than a list of possible savings.

01

An opportunity map

Which categories or commercial issues deserve attention, with a clear distinction between signals and validated findings.

02

A case you can inspect

The data, assumptions, missing inputs, and checks required before treating an estimate as an actionable opportunity.

03

A path into the work

The next investigation, agent workflow, or commercial intervention to pursue, with an owner and decision points.

How the week works

Agree the data. Test the evidence.
Review the priorities.

Before the clock starts

Confirm the scope

Agree the category or dataset, required fields, access, and assessment objectives. The week begins when the agreed data is received and accepted.

During the assessment

Investigate the opportunity

Structure relevant records, test applicable savings levers, and document the confidence and limitations of each finding.

At the review

Choose the next move

Review the evidence together. Decide what needs validation and which opportunity should progress into authorized execution.

Practical questions

A few things worth knowing.

Is this a promise of savings within one week?

No. The assessment produces an evidence-backed starting point. Negotiation, sourcing, implementation, and financial realization have their own timelines.

What should we provide?

Typically a scoped spend extract with supplier, item or service description, dates, quantities, units, currency, and amounts. Relevant contracts and specifications can deepen the analysis. We agree the actual requirements first.

Do we need to integrate our ERP?

Not for a file-based assessment. Please do not email sensitive procurement data before we agree the secure transfer method.

What happens after the assessment?

You can stop with the diagnostic or define a production mission to validate and pursue the work. Scope, fees, responsibilities, and success measures are agreed separately.

Why can’t we build our own agents using ChatGPT or Claude?

You can. Modern language models are powerful building blocks, and many teams use them successfully for individual procurement tasks. The investment comes in making those agents dependable across real workflows: connecting fragmented data, teaching category-specific economics, integrating tools, checking outputs, managing permissions and maintaining the system as requirements change.

AgentrixAI brings those pieces together. Our agents work with shared commercial context, expert-developed category intelligence and the tools to carry work forward. Evidence, checks and approvals stay connected across tasks, so your team can inspect recommendations and control execution.

Building internally means owning that development and ongoing maintenance. AgentrixAI gives you a foundation you can put to work and adapt to your business, so your team can focus on procurement decisions and results.
