Scope & pricing

Pay for the work.
Not for the seats.

A data-cleanup mission and a multi-category savings program should not be priced the same way. We agree the work, responsibilities and commercial model before deployment. Pricing is quote-based: request a written proposal with the scope, fees and acceptance criteria before committing.

What determines the price

A commercial model built around the work.

Agreed scope fee

Pay for the work you need: a specialist agent or a connected workflow, with agreed volumes, category coverage and support. Pricing reflects the scope you put to work.

Outcome-based fee

Where appropriate, align part of the fee to agreed outcomes. Define the baseline, attribution and measurement methodology in advance.

Implementation & integration

Account for data preparation, integrations, business units and workflow requirements. Confirm these costs before the work starts.

Ways to engage

Choose the scope that fits.

Required internal steps are included in the agreed job. You do not pay separately for every agent that contributes. Additional work is scoped and approved before it starts.

Assessment

A focused diagnostic, evidence and a recommended next step. Request a fixed-fee proposal for your assessment.

Production mission

A standalone agent or connected job with a defined outcome, named owners and agreed acceptance criteria.

Ongoing operation

Recurring workflows and monitoring, with scope that can expand.

Outcome alignment

Defined before the result.

Any savings-linked fee is agreed against a documented baseline, measurement period, exclusions and finance validation. An estimate is not a realized result.
